Platform Design is all about “people”. Then comes “process” and, lastly, “technology”. This is an important reminder I receive whenever I recall the experiences of building a societal platform a few years ago.
Those days, I was busy building a large platform (AI and all) to manage the health of children & women across the state. We were running villages-to-towns to gather first-hand insights into the ground realities.
That was my first endeavor with a population-scale platform operating at the grassroots, and my experiences became a lasting revelation. I will write about those in future posts. Today’s post is to share those wonderful moments.
These are memories of children playing at the day-care centers (Anganwadi), the diligent and ever-hospitable field workers, the dedicated doctors at Primary Health Centers, and the committed government officials. Their support made our efforts worthwhile.
